Are you a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a background in Sales?
Our client, a leading national Business Insurance broker in Bethelehem, are seeking driven Customer Service Consultant to come and be a part of the Lead Generation team.
You will be managing a database of leads, recording information and booking appointments for the Business Insurance advisors. The successful candidate will have a great attention to detail, excellent listening skills and use their own initiative.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Consultant:
- Making outbound calls to build a rapport to qualify leads.
- Engage and manage inbound website leads and liaise between the customer and sales team.
- Building future opportunities with existing customer data
- Fact find to relay key information to the relevant sales advisor to aid them in achieving their sales targets.
- Achieve monthly targets and adhere to Regulatory requirements, Company processes & guidelines.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters – understanding needs, classes and specific niche sectors.
What we are looking for from the individual?
Essential
- Sales or hospitality experience.
- Experience of working in a targeted and regulated environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to absorb new information easily.
