Call Center Representative – East London

JOB REFERENCE: ES713265

 We are currently seeking call centre/customer service agents on behalf of our well established client in the East London area.

Your main responsibilities will be taking incoming calls from customers and log details on an internal CRM system. You will also be required to update/validate customer information and complete some other minor data entry tasks.

Required Experience/Qualities –

  • Experience in a call centre / customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages

This is a full-time office based role on a temporary contract.

Working hours – Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
